Why do business with a
Rochester Home Builders' Association Member?
First, remember that
membership to the Rochester Home Builders' Association (RHBA) is
voluntary. Members of the RHBA have
chosen to become active in their industry.
Through their membership,
they receive information not only from the Rochester Home Builders'
Association, but also through the New York State Builders Association, and the
National Association of Home Builders as well.
They become members of all three organizations.
Members receive education,
training and information on all of the latest building products, techniques and
practices available to them (and to you) in the industry. Members also receive education and
information on safety, building regulations, and building codes.
Without membership to the
RHBA, Builders, Remodelers and Subcontractors are left to seek out this
information on their own. Often times
this does not happen.
Are you confident your
contractor or builder is current on the things that are important to the
success of your project?
Be sure your builder,
remodeler or contractor is a member of an organization that provides more than
a sticker for their truck.
The RHBA provides
educational seminars each year, in addition to several period general membership
meetings with an educational topic. The
RHBA’s Education Committee organizes an average of 8 to 10 seminars on topics
relevant to the building and remodeling industry. Members receive periodic information from the State and National
Associations as well, with resources on every possible topic related to the
industry at their fingertips.
